So if you find yourself wondering why I did an illustration of avocado toast, (which you have every right to wonder) let me explain. Has anyone else noticed that avocado toast has suddenly taken over the blog and instagram world? I find it hilarious and I'm guilty of it as well. What started as an innocuous little breakfast recipe has really found its stronghold with lady bloggers! Don't believe me? Click here. Anyway this is not me declaring war on avocado toast (far from it! I will inhale anything with a plump piece of avocado atop it) it's just something that makes me smile. So I made an illustration about it. Almost the weekend!
